Here are some of my traditional work over the past decade. Some were done as gifts, others as a challenge to myself, and the rest were from the rare times I get the itch to create something with my hands.I have worked with a wide variety of mediums over the years but I would say I specialise in watercolour, gouache, and Chinese traditional.

I'll say I am a newbie at digital art. I only really started getting into it during the pandemic (mid-late 2020) which means that you shouldn't expect amazing stuff in this section. In fact looking back on some of these pieces, there is so much room for improvement I'm a little embarrassed...

I started creating emotes shortly after I started dabbling in animations in mid 2021.I still have so much to learn about animation in general but I don't have the time at the moment to really dive in to learn and create more complicated / longer animation. Which is why I love creating emotes as they're like small bite sized animation projects.If you are interested in getting an emote created by me, please check out the commissions page!Please do not use my emotes without explicit permission from me and the person who commissioned my emotes! This is probably the thing I love to do most. It is just a hobby that brings me so much joy and I can spend hours, and I do mean HOURS, just painting my nails.Please enjoy looking at some of my favourite sets I have ever done!These are all done on my natural nails with no extensions! The only exceptions are the rounded nails which are done on blank fake nails so I can have a matching set on my right hand! :)

All commissions are for asset use by default. This means that you can use the art on monetised sites and content such as Twitch, Youtube, and other. This does NOT give you permission for the usage of this art to sell physical or digital goods such as prints, stickers, keychains, shirts etc. If you want to use the art for merchandise, please let me know and maybe we can discuss further.Clients are also NOT permitted to use any part of their commission for non fungible tokens (NFTs). Clients are also NOT permitted to use any part of their commission for AI training or other purposes.You may repost the commissions onto your social media. (Links to my Twitter page @vanmumi is appreciated but not required.)I hold the rights to any commissions and may use it in any way I see fit. Ex. Promoting myself, reposting, portfolio etc. However, I will never use your commissioned artwork to product merchandise or to make profit. :)Cancellations
Only I (Vanmumi), reserves the right to decline any commission or cancel at any time, for any reason, with a full or partial refund based on the progress made.I do NOT give refunds, unless the problem comes from my side. Ex. too much work or too complicated.Turnaround Time
For emotes, expect 3-4 weeks per emote. For artworks, expect 6-8 weeks. Please note that these times are dependent on the complexity and client communications.There may be situations where your commission may take longer than expected as I am a full time student working on my honours project, however, I will keep you updated throughout the process.Commission Process
For first time clients, a 25% deposit must be made after discussing details and confirming with the client that I will accept their commission. Once the payment has been confirmed, I will create a draft and work with you to ensure that we get all the major details nailed down at this stage. After this stage, only a limited amount of revisions will be allowed and no revisions will be allowed once the line art is completed. (Mistakes made on my end will not be counted in this amount.)Once the commissions is completed, a low resolution preview will be sent to the client and the remainder payment is to be made before the full resolution is sent via Google Drive.Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is to be made via my Ko-Fi link (this will eventually be changed to PayPal invoice once that is set up).Will Not Draw
